Students Celebrate 100th Day of School

It’s the 100th Day of School-March 2

Today marks the 100th day of school for the 2016-2017 school year. At Skyline Elementary School, students in grades kindergarten and first were celebrating by incorporating 100th Day of School activities into their literature, math and art lessons.

Activities included students demonstrating they could write 100 words, drawing a picture of themselves as they are today and expressing some of the things they will be doing when they are 100 years old. The list included:

•travel around the world
•read books and be an author
•be a scientist and write about science
•spend time with my family
•I will be married
•I will go to outer space
•I will sew hats for people who need them
•I will play video games every day
•I will visit people.
