The Ferndale School District participates in the National School Lunch Program, the School Breakfast Program and the USDA Food Distribution Program. United States Department of Agriculture regulations guide our program. The menus meet the USDA specifications based on the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Healthy Americans.
Starting August 30th 2017 all students who intend to buy food through the school meals program must pay in advance or pay as they go to purchase items. No credit will be extended.
What if your student still has unpaid debt on his/her account?
A student with debt from previous school years on their account can bring cash or check (checks must be made payable to Ferndale School District) and pay as they go for meals. The full amount owed on all accounts still must be paid.mealprices2017-2018-sm
